Terms of Service & Messaging Terms

These Terms govern your use of DriveOff, a customer-follow-up and win-back platform operated by AI Digital Marketing Inc. (drive-off.com) and provided to automotive dealerships. By opting in to messages or using our pages, you agree to these Terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program. DriveOff sends follow-up text messages on behalf of the dealership you visited or contacted — including a recap of your visit, answers to your questions, offers, and appointment scheduling for your vehicle of interest.

• Opt-in / consent. You are enrolled only after you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages — for example, by giving your number to the dealership during or after your visit or inquiry and consenting to follow-up. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency. Recurring messages; frequency varies based on your interactions (typically several messages over a follow-up period).
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-enroll.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@drive-off.com.
• Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier.
• Privacy. Your mobile opt-in and consent data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Service

The DriveOff pages and messages are provided for your personal use to communicate with the dealership. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Digital Marketing Inc. disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from messages delayed or undelivered by carriers.
